Authenticity

Are your bags authentic?

Yes. Every item we sell is 100% authentic. Each piece is carefully inspected by us before it goes online, drawing on years of experience buying and selling luxury items, and we only source from trusted sellers. Read more about our authenticity checks.

Are you affiliated with the brands you sell?

No. Lovi Parlour is an independent reseller of pre-loved designer items. See our disclaimer for details.

Condition

What do the condition grades mean?

Every listing grades the exterior and the interior separately:

• Rank A: great condition with light signs of use.
• Rank AB: very good condition with some visible signs of use.
• Rank B: good condition with clear signs of use, for example wear on corners, handles or lining.
• Rank C: noticeable wear or damage, described in detail in the listing.

We describe any notable flaws in the listing and show them in the photos. Vintage pieces have lived a life before you, so please look through all the photos before ordering.

Shipping

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

• Netherlands: €12.95, 1–2 business days
• EU: €19.95, 3–4 business days
• United Kingdom: £24.95, 3–5 business days (import taxes may apply)
• Rest of the world: €69.95, 5–7 business days (import taxes may apply)

Every order is shipped fully insured, with a signature required on delivery. Orders are usually shipped the next business day. Full shipping policy.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@loviparlour.com with your order number. The item must be unused, undamaged and have its return tag intact. Return shipping is at your own cost and must be fully insured and registered. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out. Full return and refund policy.
