Refund policy
At Lovi Parlour, our goal is to offer carefully curated, timeless items that we hope will bring you joy for years to come. We want to ensure that your purchase meets your expectations, so we kindly ask that you thoroughly review all product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing your order.
If you still wish to return an item, please refer to our return process outlined below:
- To request a return, contact us at info@loviparlour.com. Make sure to include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
- Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return, and the package must be sent back fully insured and registered.
- Refunds apply only to the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only available for items that have not been used or damaged, with the return tag still intact, and the return request submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items that were specially sourced or customized for you cannot be returned.
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
- We carefully inspect all items before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or differs from the description, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot address issues reported after this time frame.
- Items that do not meet the return requirements, as mentioned above, will not qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please note that card refunds may take 5 to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
